We strive to deliver your goods as quickly as possible. The expected delivery date for each product is shown next to it on our website. However, all products are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock at the time of your order, we will inform you as soon as possible so you can decide whether you want to cancel the order, wait for the product to become available, or choose an alternative.
We will also notify customers if a product has been discontinued or if delivery will be longer than stated on our website.
If you are having a bespoke light fitting custom-made, especially for you, delivery times will have been explained to you by our team.
Delivery Charges UK
Free Delivery on orders over £50.00 (except where explicitly specified).
Orders under £50.00 attract a £3.95 delivery charge.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries around the world. To get a custom quote for your order, please contact us. We will be happy to provide you with a quote that is tailored to your specific needs.

In Stock Items
All in-stock items are dispatched in 1-3 working days from order.
Made To Order
Lead time – Typically the lead time from you placing your order being ready to ship is 4 to 6 weeks. In the case of Murano chandeliers, large orders, off catalogue, and custom work the lead time is a little longer, typically between 6 and 8 weeks. Please check the listing or contact our team for more information.
