Warranty Information

All our products (except consumables) carry a 12 month warranty against defective materials and manufacturing faults from the date you receive your goods.

During this 12 month period we will repair or replace defective goods. Examples of exclusions, are listed below (please note this is not a definitive list):

1. Products damaged during installation or incorrect method of installation or poor installation or improper transportation after goods have been received.
2. The damage occurred due to disassembly by the users or attempted repair by agents not appointed by Bonds Corporate LLP.
3. There is no proof of purchase.
4. Damage as a result of fire, flood, abnormal voltage or natural disaster.
5. The goods have been altered or modified in any way. (This includes removal of the black connection block on the chandelier hoists).
6. Improper use.
